Life After the Accident by Jean E.

"My sister-in-law brought me in here. She brought me here because I had an accident last June and during this accident the right passenger door was pushed in 14 inches which pushed me against the outside door. My head hit that door which subluxated my second vertebrae in my neck. My lower back also gave me problems because we were hit so hard. First I came to Dr. Skelton's stress reduction workshop which was great because I don't go to just any physician. I want to know more about them first. I learned that he was interested in the person, as well as, their way of being and their way of feeling. He was interested in more than their health. Not only was my health affected by the accident but, I also have a curvature of the spine and sometimes my left leg feels longer than right. It's been about 9 months and I feel absolutely superb! I can walk without having to sway. In fact, with treatment, my cholesterol level went from 393 down to 265 within about 3 months. I'm also on vitamins, which gives me more energy. My attitude has become much more positive. When you don't feel well, you don't think with a positive attitude. All and all, thanks to Dr. Skelton, I feel great and love the world again."

"I had been to doctors before and for years I have had a condition called Eczema. It was only on my right hand. One medical doctor told me that it was my nerves. Dr. Skelton worked on my neck to relieve pressure on my nerves. He did nothing to my hand. He said it was the nerves coming out of the neck that were being compressed. With the chiropractic treatments, my hand has cleared up completely. It is not causing me the grief it used to. It is wonderful!"

No More Constant Back Pain by Pat S.

"On several occasions, I had quite a lot of pain in my back but it would go away. Suddenly one Saturday night, it didn't go away and after about $12,000.00 worth of hospital tests, time in the hospital, and 30 days of constant pain, I decided to see Dr. Skelton. I didn't know what else to do. At first I didn't see a great deal of change. Then by the second to third week I noticed the constant pain was letting up and I'm not sure how long ago I started but now I've gone for 2 weeks with no pain, no discomfort, no headaches. Dr. Skelton has taken care of the migraines completely ! When I came in here, I couldn't turn around to look out of the back window without pain. I'm just a new person. I'm feeling better. It's been a long haul but it's been worth it!"

Dear Dr. Skelton,
I am writing you this note to let you know how grateful my husband and I are for all of the care you have given me.

As you know, when I first came to your office, I was in extreme pain and was unable to function normally to the extent that I could not even perform the simplest tasks such as dressing myself or holding my grandchildren.

As a Christian the thought of ending my life was out of the question but the thought of continuing to exist in such pain was unbearable.

I never really acknowledged that chiropractors really helped anyone. However, in the short time I have been coming to you, I have felt my body healing after each treatment. I am now almost pain free. I am able to sleep a full night without the constant pain that kept me up all night.

I could go on and on about how much better I feel but there aren't words that can express the difference between how I feel now and how I felt just a few weeks ago. It's like a miracle.

I have went from a disabled person to a person who feels like living.
